Refund Policy for Preorders

Thank you for supporting LoveHarderUSA! Please note that this is a preorder item, and your order will be shipped once our shipment arrives.

• Shipping Timeline: All preorders are expected to begin shipping between February 10–15. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

• Pricing Notice: The price of sweatsuits may vary based on shipping costs, and final charges will reflect the total amount, including shipping.

• Refunds and Cancellations: Preorders are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the product upon delivery. Please contact us before February 5 for any updates to your shipping address or order details.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, unworn with tags and we will resolve the issue promptly.
